FUSION FLOW Festival invite pour sa première édition toulousaine, l’envoutante Olga Meos du 17 au 21 Avril 2024. Un événement unique pour découvrir l’univers de la Fusion Bellydance à travers le regard chorégraphique, esthétique et mystérieux de cette artiste talentueuse mondialement reconnue.
For its first edition, FUSION FLOW Festival will be hosting the one and only OLGA MEOS in Toulouse, France on April 17th-21st, 2024. This event is a unique opportunity to discover Fusion Bellydance through the choreographic and esthetic lens of this talented and world renowned artist.
Une immersion de 3 jours pour plonger dans un projet vidéo unique dans un lieu atypique de la ville rose.
A 3 day intensive to dive deep into Olga’s unique video project created specifically for this event. The video will be captured in an unusual location of Toulouse “La ville rose”.
Et un week-end de stages intensifs ouvert à tous avec Olga Meos et Haza où plusieurs thématiques d’ateliers sont proposées, de la technique à la créativité en passant par le travail scénique.
And on the weekend come join our all level workshops taught by Olga Meos and Haza! You will be able to experience various themes: from Technique to Creativity to Stage work.
On se retrouve également le samedi soir pour une soirée spectacle, rencontre de danse, dj set pas comme les autres.
Also, don’t miss out on Saturday’s FUSION FLOW PARTY where dancers will get together to perform as a show and dance battle for fun to a Dj Set specifically put together for this occasion.
Le collectif Fusion Flow est la collaboration de danseuses dont Haza et Cecilia ( pour cette édition ), souhaitant ouvrir l’univers de la danse fusion à un nouveau flow !
This festival is brought to you by Cecilia and Haza who are both part of Fusion Flow Collective: a collaborative project wishing to broaden fusion dance to a new Flow!

Laissez-vous tenter par cette incroyable expérience !
“MOVE” n’est pas un stage ordinaire. C’est une approche pédagogique, c’est une méditation dansée, c’est le moyen de redynamiser votre technique quelque soit votre niveau.
“MOVE” vous donnera l'opportunité de vous laissez aller dans un flow dansé, de vous sentir envahi par la liberté du mouvement et de plonger au cœur de l'expérience de la danse.
Nous aborderons les thèmes suivants :
- Contraste dans la danse et effort accordé au mouvement
- Bras expressifs qui véhicule un message précis
- Géométrie et utilisation de l’espace
- Ancrage au sol grâce à nos pieds et parcours qu’ils peuvent explorés
- Le mouvement tel que la source même de votre énergie
Ce stage sera plus pratique que théorique, alors préparez-vous à danser intensément !
Pensez à prendre de l’eau.

booster for dance skills for all levels.
Dance class "MOVE" is an opportunity to enjoy the
dance flow and jump into an atmosphere of freedom of
movement and the depth of the dance experience.
We’ll go through several topics:
1. Contrast in dance and movement effort
2. Speaking arms and patterns
3. Geometry and using the space
4. Feet as roots and creating pathways
5. Movement as a source of your energy
This is more practical course than theory, so we will
dance a lot. Be ready!

Créer un effet visuel, une illusion d’optique, jouer sur les formes, lier les mouvements de façon inattendue, le tout parfaitement synchronisé avec la musique. Nous allons plonger dans le vocabulaire Fusion Illusion créée par Haza pour approfondir une danse organique, un état de vibration. La musicalité sera le point d’accroche à notre exploration. Enrichir sa danse en explorant des nouveaux chemins, des nouvelles géométries ou vagues pour propager une onde surprenante et explorer de nouvelles possibilités.
FUSION ILLUSION
Learn how to create optical illusions by playing around with shapes, transitioning from one move to the other in original and unsuspected ways, thus still being in perfect sync with the music. Be ready to dive deep into Haza’s Fusion Illusion format where movement will feel organic and take you on an energetic vibration journey holding music as our anchor. Enhance your dance by exploring new pathways, new shapes or waves, and spread out a unique flow of countless possibilities.

Ces concepts sont étroitement liés et déjà bien connus du monde artistique. Dans ce stage nous aborderons les aspect de performance suivants :
- la scène en tant qu’espace où l’art est créé
- les différentes scènes et comment utiliser ces espaces
- nos appréhensions pré et post performance ainsi que la force de votre regard
- votre apparence et les réactions du public
- l'intégrité, l’harmonie et la composition dansée de A à Z
Ce cours théorique et pratique vous aidera à vous sentir plus confiant.e et plus professionnel.le lors de vos performances.

These are three related concepts, which are written in thousands of books. In this class we will talk about these aspects of performance:
• The scene as a space inside of which art is created. What the scenes can be and how to use this space. • Our fears before or after performance and eye contact. Your look and feedback from the audience. • Composition of dance from beginning to end, and his integrity and harmony. This theoretical and practical class will help you feel more confident and more professional in your performances.
