The Olympic torch is making a special detour into Luxembourg on June 27th, passing through Schengen to the European Museum.
76 years ago, the torch also made its way through Luxembourg, carried by 38 athletes on a 108-km journey en route to the 1948 London Games.
One of those athletes, 97-year-old Edmond Schmitt, will be watching the event up close, reminiscing about his extraordinary experience.
